involves the use of simple and healthy methods and products such as
natural products to protect your body. Getting enough sleep as a body
care routine is a natural way of taking care of your body health.

the baby. This might involve taking leisurely baths to relax your body

butter will be best for your skin and for your hair treat with natural
products and avoid dyes and perms during this period since your body
is sensitive and vulnerable to any side effects. Proper diet cannot be

Your baby also needs an organic body care once he/she is born. Bathing
should be made in a way to sooth the muscles and of course with clean
water and natural soaps and skin oils. Babies also need massages so

water and exercising to keep your body organs functioning properly
