Many people would rather use completely natural way to care for there
skin. This isn't really all that surmising, some of the less natural
skin care products hurt your skin more than helps. They can cause

produce the moisturizing oils needed to correct what the chemicals do,
and they can damage lipids.

For natural skin care, you obviously use completely natural things,
like sea salt, lemons, and other completely natural things that do not
damage your skin, but cleans it and helps it to heal.

First of all, there is sea salt. Sea salt works like Epsom salts to
help clean skin and allow your skin to heal at a faster rate. Below is
a sea salt recipe for your organic skin care that you can use on your
body and feet. It will even help you achieve softer skin.

For the feet, you first mix a ¼ cup of sea to a bowl or pedicure dish
filled with nice warm water. Let your feet soak as long as you feel
they need, normally ten minutes will do but if you are stressed a
little longer will help you to relax. If you are looking for a real
relaxing experience during this organic skin care endeavor then you
can add between 10 and 15 drops of any essential oils that you choose.

First and most recommended for feet is lavender. This organic skin
care item helps to fight athletes foot and almost any other foot
problems you may be having. It even works great as an antiseptic as
well as a purifier. The amazing aromatic quality is both relaxing and
stress reducing.

Next is lemon. Lemon helps the body to deep cleanse while renewing.
This cleansing and refreshing aroma will help you to relax after a
hard day on your feet.

Neroli is another good oil to use. This is an amazing treatment for
people with dry and cracked skin and will help you to calm and restore

Finely there is tangerine. This amazing fruit has wonderful aromatic

In addition to the foot wash, you can turn this salt water relaxing
method into a body wash by tripling the used ingredients. If you feel
the need for a body scrub with it, you can take a handful of the sea
salt you are using and rub it all over your body while you are
soaking. You should try to avoid your eyes and face so that it doesn't
sting. Rinse the scrub off before you are done.

If you are looking for a way to thoroughly clean your face you might
try lemon. This won't cause damage to your skin but will clean any
